HRD Generalist Supervisor

About the Role

PT SECOM Indonesia is looking for an experienced HRD Supervisor to join our team in Central Cikarang, West Java. In this role, you will oversee key Human Resources functions, including HRIS, talent management, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, and expatriate management. This is a full-time opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about developing people and driving organizational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and optimize the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
• Oversee Industrial Relations and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
• Develop and implement Talent Management and People Development programs.
• Manage Compensation & Benefits administration.
• Handle expatriate administration and working permit processes.
• Lead and supervise the HR team while supporting strategic HR initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and Indonesian manpower regulations.
• Experience in Talent Management, People Development, and Compensation & Benefits.
• Experience handling expatriate management and working permit processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
