Job Description

• Create and amplify product stories to Retail Pros & Consumers.
• Content/rich media development & social media marketing.
• Readiness cascade & product feedback/insights.
• Good presentation and storytelling skill.
• Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Requirements

• Advanced design skills in layout, typography, color composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Experienced in designing for multiple platforms: digital ads, social media, websites, print, packaging, etc.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain design consistency.
• Strategic and solution-oriented thinking - able to translate briefs into effective visuals.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across departments and within structured timelines.
• A solid portfolio that showcases creativity, design expertise, and problem-solving ability.
