Job Description

• The Project Officer is responsible for managing and monitoring TikTok Live campaigns focused on lead generation.
• This role involves tracking live performance, analyzing campaign results, preparing reports and insights using Lark, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, and providing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring project objectives are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media Operations, or Account Management.
• Experience managing and monitoring TikTok Live campaigns, preferably focused on lead generation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in Lark, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience handling automotive industry projects is a strong advantage.
• Available for immediate joining is preferred.
