Trucking Operational

Job Description:

A. Real-Time Shipment Monitoring

• Monitor all assigned shipments during shift.
• Update tracking milestones in system.
• Ensure no shipment is unmonitored during shift.
• Validate ETA vs actual progress.

B. Proactive Delay Management

• Identify potential delays before SLA breach.
• Contact transporter/agent for clarification.
• Classify delay reason accurately.
• Escalate high-risk shipments.

C. Escalation & Communication

• Follow escalation matrix strictly.
• Notify stakeholders within SLA.
• Handover open cases to next shift properly.

D. Shift Handover Control

• Maintain shift logbook.
• Ensure no critical shipment is missed.
• Conduct structured handover briefing.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in logistics/trucking industry, preferably middle mile.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder.
3. Quick and responsive in reporting real-time to related departments and issuing a GPS Incident Report for further investigation.
4. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in data and metrics to inform decision-making and project planning.
6. Have data processing skills (Google sheets/Ms Excel) at least intermediate level.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
8. Able to work shifting (3 shift), 5 days ON : 2 days OFF.
