Responsibilities:

1. Gather and compile financial and operational data related to revenue streams for analysis.
2. Assist in monitoring transactions to ensure they are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards, including checking the physical delivery notes/delivery order.
3. Support the implementation of revenue assurance processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy, performing physical settlement and softcopy of delivery notes/delivery order.
4. Help identify and report discrepancies in billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to revenue processes activities.
6. Prepare basic reports on revenue performance, recaps of delivery notes/delivery order with data and highlighting trends or issues for review by senior team members.
7. Work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales, and operations, to provide assistance and resolve revenue-related issues.
8. Additional administrative works.
9. Help ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements related to revenue recognition.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/S1 graduates, 0-2 years of experience from related background will be beneficial.
2. Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.
3. Familiarity with accounting software and data management tools.
4. Knowledge of basic accounting principles related to revenue recognition.
5. Basic analytical skills to assist in data interpretation and trend identification.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
