Revenue Assurance Internship

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure Invoice & Delivery Order documents are complete and accurate.

• Handle invoice scanning, verification, filing, and softcopy uploads.

• Reconcile Delivery Orders with Finance data and ensure documents are ready for processing.

• Prepare and compile invoice documents based on customer requirements.

• Monitor invoice deliveries and update shipment tracking details.

• Assist administrative and documentation tasks for accurate invoice processing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, Administration, or a related field.

• Open to active students and fresh graduates in relevant fields.

• Previous experience in a related field is a plus.

• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets and document administration.

• Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.

• Willing to work overtime when required.
