Business Analyst

Responsibility:

1. Perform data adjustments and provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
2. Conduct vendor screening checks and analyze vendor rates.
3. Ensure database completeness and perform regular data checks across operations, sales, and finance.
4. Participate in bi-weekly syncs to align on data structure and system enhancements.
5. Conduct monthly closing of data to support financial and operational reporting.

Requirement:

1. A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree from any major in a reputable university.
2. 1-2 years of experience in Business Analyst or in a related field.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
4. Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, and business intelligence software.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly language.
6. Proven track record of successfully implementing business process improvements and change management initiatives.
7. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management best practices.
