REGIONAL SHOWROOM MANAGER

Job Desc.
1. Manage and supervise showroom/outlets operations to ensure smooth daily activities. 
2. Achieve Sales targets and support business growth across all branches
3. Create and implement business plans based on market conditions and customer needs.
4. Develop and improve the performance of new and existing showroom/outlets.
5. Lead, train, and support showroom teams to achieve company goals.
6. Visit and monitor showroom/outlets in different cities to ensure good performance and compliance with company standards.
7. Identify business challenges, provide effective solutions, and ensure business operations run efficiently and sustainably.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree from in any field, preferably in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Retail, Showroom Management, Sales Management, or Business Development.
3. Experience Managing Multiple Branches/Showrooms in an Advantage.
4. Strong Business Analysis, Leadership, and Problem-Solving Skills.
5. Good Understanding of Sales Strategies, Retail Operations, and Business Development.
6. Willing to travel and work across different cities as required by the company.
7. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
