Accounting & Tax

PAHOME Customization Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting & Tax Staff member to support the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in financial analysis.
• Handle tax administration and ensure timely and accurate tax reporting in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Calculate, prepare, and report tax obligations, including Income Tax (PPh), Value Added Tax (PPN), and other applicable taxes.
• Operate Coretax and Accurate Accounting Software for accounting and tax-related activities.
• Assist with monthly and annual tax filings and ensure supporting documents are properly maintained.
• Monitor tax regulations and support the company in maintaining tax compliance.
• Maintain organized accounting and tax documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant external parties regarding financial and tax matters.
• Assist with ERP system operations and other finance-related administrative tasks as required.
