About the Role

TP Indonesia is looking for a Malaysian Speaker Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries and providing effective solutions in Malay and English, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
   

Requirements

• Fluent in Malay and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to relocate and work onsite in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
