Full Time- Develop and implement employee development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency gap assessments.
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate training and development programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and measure their impact on employee performance.
- Support the development of competency frameworks, career development plans, and succession planning initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management and individual development planning processes.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify talent development needs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, employee development records, and related documentation.
- Monitor People Development KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and promote a continuous learning culture.
