Full Time- Supervise daily accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee cost accounting, cost allocation, and cost analysis to support business decision-making.
- Monitor actual costs against budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain effective cost control procedures to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate budget preparation, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring with relevant departments.
- Ensure proper inventory valuation, production costing, and reconciliation of financial and operational data, where applicable.
- Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting and cost control team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and strengthening financial controls.
- Prepare financial analysis and strategic recommendations for management.
