Full TimeRequirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, or other related functions.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, including credit risk, market risk, operational risk, legal risk, and compliance risk.
- Strong knowledge of data-driven risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
- Professional certifications such as QRMP, ERMP, ISO 31000:2018, GRCP, GRCA, or equivalent knowledge will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business strategy skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good command of English is preferred; Japanese language proficiency with JLPT N4–N2 certification will be an advantage.
- Experience working in a Japanese-affiliated company is an advantage.
