Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in complex payroll, preferably handling complex payroll for large-scale or multi-site employees.
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting, PPh 21 taxation, labor regulations, and payroll reconciliation.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end payroll processes, including salary, overtime, incentives, bonuses, and deductions accurately and on time.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, data processing, etc.) and familiar with Payroll systems/HRIS.
- Able to prepare payroll reports, payroll journals, and manpower cost analysis.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate effectively with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Understanding of actuarial concepts is an advantage.
