Product Specialist

Job Description:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to map trends and identify customer needs.
• Ensure all promotional, technical, and marketing materials to product launches
• Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute promotional activities across various events.
• Develop and regularly update technical documentation and product specifications.
• Manage updates of marketing materials to ensure alignment with product developments and market demands.
• Organize product demonstrations and presentations at events such as seminars and exhibitions.
• Contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies to increase product awareness.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring materials align with product objectives.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to support product improvement and development.Support the implementation of events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions to introduce products to the market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in product or technical support within the biotechnology, genomics or related fields.
• Strong understanding of biotechnology and diagnostic products (including principles and applications);
• Effective communication skills;
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken;
• Ability to conduct research and data analysis effectively;
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to deliver presentations confidently;
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients and internal teams.
