1. Job Summary

The Sales Executive – Healthcare is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the local healthcare market. Leveraging strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, you will act as the primary liaison between our product portfolio and hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory (hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct client visits, needs assessments, product presentations, and sales negotiations to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales follow-up
  • Plan and execute sales activities, including regular client visits, promotions, and market outreach initiatives
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance results
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure effective service delivery and customer support
