Your Role: Telesales Executive

What You'll Be Doing:

• Follow up inbound leads every day with predetermined KPIs & SLAs
• Make outbound calls in accordance with KPIs and SLAs
• Communicating well with clients/customers in offering products, educating products, and providing solutions
• Perform administration and documentation of data neatly

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience
• Able to demonstrate a track record in telesales or telemarketing
• Initiative, never give up and a team player
• Detail oriented
