  • Identify potential markets to be used as sales forecasts.
  • Conduct prospecting, approaches, presentations/communications, product demonstrations, and other matters deemed necessary.
  • Negotiating and closing sales, as well as completing sales administration (quotations, sales orders, etc.)
  • Assisting resellers in terms of registration to become Partner Stores.
  • Coordinate with the sales admin, storage staff, as well as R&D in product specifications and product delivery accuracy.
  • Ensuring the implementation of product delivery administration to customers before shipping.
  • Coordinate with the repair center admin for after sales service progress tracking (if any).
  • Sending invoices and monitoring the process until receiving payment (taking care of A/R).
  • Fostering harmonious relationships with partner stores to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Gather information about products, competitor brands, prices, delivery times, etc. For Market Research material.
