Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a B2B Sales Executive, Account Manager, or Business Development professional in Facility Management, Integrated Facility Management, Property Management, Outsourcing Services, or Hospitality Services.
Strong understanding of Integrated Facility Management concepts, including both soft and hard services.
Experienced in handling service contracts based on SLA and KPI standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
Target-oriented, with strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
