Issue Resolution: Address and resolve server-related issues within specified timeframes in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve server issues, including those related to the operating system and server applications.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare routine reports on server performance and status using Office applications (Excel, Word).
