Design and develop tools, templates, or mini dashboards to help the sales team monitor and evaluate leads more effectively.
Support the creation of scoring models or visualizations that help prioritize high-potential leads.
Maintain a very strong relationship with other stakeholders (legal, finance, sales team) to help them provide all data compliance.
Assist the Sales Support and Strategy Officer with daily data and documents related to other stakeholders.
Do follow up with salespersons regarding all overdue school collections, along with the needed documents.
Conduct staff monitoring and manage the administrative dashboard to make sure the data is very well aligned.
Conduct the School Offer Letter monitoring processes from all packages while aligning with the pricing and discount schemes.
