Job Description :

  1. Oversee recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees;
  2. Manage employee relations, address concerns, and support staff development initiatives;
  3. Implement and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations;
  4. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, incl. contracts, benefits and performance data;
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and company policies;
  6. Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, incl. supplies managament, facilities maintenance, and general office upkeep;
  7. Develop and maintain administrative systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency;
  8. Provide translation support for HR and administrative documents in English, Chinese, and Indonesian;
  9. Coordinate with external translation services as needed for complex documents;
  10. Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparation of meeting materials;
  11. Assist with organizing internal events, team meetings, and employee engagement activities;
  12. Ensure data accuracy and secure storage of sensitive information.
