Responsible for the end-to-end payroll process
Monitor employee development systems through training, job analysis, job evaluation and job value mapping.
Ensure that employee administrative records and documentation are updated (PKWT, Mutation, Promotion, Promotion, Counseling, Warning Letter, etc.).
Develop, optimize and regulate company regulations.
Control and take responsibility for matters related to labor and law (industrial relations, Licensing, BPJS, Employment Law, etc.).
As a corporate representative for Union and External communications.
KPI or OKR Audit, Government Audit/Inspection.
Willing to work out of town and control out-of-town outlets
Legal Documentation Process.
Assisting HR business partnership initiatives, namely, HR Dashboard.
