- Building partnership with new vendor (sourcing, trial, analysis, contract management and registration) in vehicle maintenance area
- Develop vendor partnership strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms both in price and service
- Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Create a monthly, quarter and yearly vendor performance update
