Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, database, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles

2. Interview & Placement Process

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Prepare candidates for interviews
• Gather and provide feedback from both sides
• Manage offer negotiation and closing process
• Ensure smooth onboarding and post-placement follow-up

3. Target & Performance Management

• Achieve monthly/quarterly placement and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment system/ATS
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting

4. Client Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture
• Provide consultation on market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategy
• Ensure timely communication and regular updates to clients
