1. Assess and monitor student progress and provide targets, so that all students can see improvement
2. Collaborate with others teachers to share new ideas, approaches, and professional knowledge
3. Motivate student and encourage progress
4. Communicate with parents and colleagues
5. Prepare and submit lesson plan every week and unit plan every 2 months
6. Coordinate and review students
7. Submit students grades on digital book assessment
8. Attend teacher development day when required
9. Attend periodic meeting with CCTT and Grade Level
10. Be willing to teach remotely should the school need to operate online at any time
11. Other duties as assigned by administration
