Negotiate on pricing, delivery and payment terms with customer
Planning, tracking and follow up of sales inquiries, orders, customers forecasting and planning of each customer.
Ensure timely payment of customers for deliveries and also follow up customer back order within the system
Handling customer complaints, feedback in timely and disciplined manner
Achieve targeted sales value
