Compliance Officer

 Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Legal or Environmental
• At least 3-5 Years of working experiences in Compliance field (preferred from mining company)
• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
• Excellent writing skill & presentation

 Responsibilities:

•  responsible for overseeing an organization’s compliance with government laws and regulations.
•  coordinating with company management to identify potential risks, implementing policies and procedures to uphold laws and regulations and monitoring the company’s adherence to those policies and procedures.
• identifying and eliminating the risks of noncompliance, both externally and internally.
• -Constantly report to management concerning the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations.
