Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Affiliate Specialist at TNP Group in Kelapa Gading. This role is pivotal in looking, managing, and monitoring all affiliate program and project.

Responsibilities:

• Approach potential affiliates, presenting the benefits of our affiliate program and negotiating terms to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• ⁠Identify, research, and recruit potential affiliates across various channels and platforms, focusing on those with a strong influence in the mom and baby or women’s product categories.
• ⁠Develop clear communication channels with affiliates to maintain strong relationships and encourage ongoing collaboration.
• ⁠Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, including sales.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in any fields
• ⁠Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a successful track record of recruiting and managing affiliates.
• ⁠Previous experience working with brands in the mom and baby or women’s product categories is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
• Willingness to work on site in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara (WFO).
