Your Role: Graduate Trainee Programme - Digital Marketing [English Speaker]

Our Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) is a dynamic one-year program meticulously designed to fast-track high-potential graduates into leadership roles within the exciting property technology sector. Trainees will be placed in one specific department for the duration of the program, gaining deep expertise and contributing significantly to that team’s objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyse campaign and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Explore and learn digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads through hands-on experimentation and continuous learning.
• Design, execute, and evaluate marketing experiments to improve campaign performance and drive growth.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to test ideas, measure results, and optimise outcomes.
• Develop a data-driven approach to problem-solving by forming hypotheses, validating assumptions, and making recommendations based on findings.
• Continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced Performance Marketing environment, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth.
