What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate the delivery and execution of IT infrastructure services and projects (e.g., workstation setup, device rollout, network equipment, managed services).
  • Monitor service quality and performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Serve as the key contact point for service-related escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Apply IT service management best practices (e.g., ITIL) in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree of Information Technology/Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing large-scale IT operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices. Preferably with ITIL v4 Certification
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills
  • Accustomed to administration and documentation works
  • Willing to travel
