Coordinate the delivery and execution of IT infrastructure services and projects (e.g., workstation setup, device rollout, network equipment, managed services).
Monitor service quality and performance against SLAs and KPIs.
Serve as the key contact point for service-related escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
Collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Apply IT service management best practices (e.g., ITIL) in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree of Information Technology/Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing large-scale IT operations and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices. Preferably with ITIL v4 Certification
Effective communication & interpersonal skills
Accustomed to administration and documentation works
Willing to travel
