Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead customer complaint handling and coordinate root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
  • Reduce internal quality issues through quality analysis and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain SOPs while promoting quality awareness and employee training.
  • Manage supplier quality performance and coordinate quality improvement activities with suppliers.
  • Monitor and report Quality KPIs, and manage quality-related projects.
  • Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and suppliers, working closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations.
  • Support internal and customer quality audits, when required.
