Market CEO

VinFast Indonesia is looking for a Chief Executive Officer / Country CEO to lead overall business operations in Indonesia. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, expanding dealer networks, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall business operations in Indonesia.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with VinFast Group direction.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
• Oversee dealer network development, showroom, workshop, and aftersales operations.
• Manage and coordinate key departments including Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with government, dealers, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the management team to build a strong and high-performing organization.
• Monitor business risks and ensure proper action plans are implemented.

The CEO will act as the key leader for VinFast Indonesia and will be responsible for ensuring business targets are achieved, operations run effectively, and the company grows sustainably in the Indonesian market.
