Responsibilities:


  1. Process Sales Orders: Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete.
  2. Process all claim, checking the actual is match with initial proposal/promotion/program.
  3. Strong collaboration and coordination with sales team and finance.
  4. Prepare sales tools such as price list, price update, promotion.
  5. Make report, organized database administration related to sales, stock, claim, promotion and marketing budget.
  6. Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the management.
