Brand Leader (WFH)

- Recruit and train at least 10 active team members.

- Ensure alignment with company values and goals.

- Provide regular product and sales training.

- Monitor daily performance and provide feedback.

- Handle internal conflicts with HR support.

- Achieve a sales target of IDR 100,000,000 per month.

- Develop sales strategies and action plans for underperforming members.

- Coordinate with the Marketing Department for promotions.
