- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance software solutions for our LMS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product designers, and other engineers, to define and deliver new features, understand the project requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of applications through code reviews, testing, and best engineering practices.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues reported by QA and end-users, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans for our products.
- Participate in our agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, sprint review, sprint grooming/refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
