Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance software solutions for our LMS platform;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product designers, and other engineers, to define and deliver new features, as well as understand the project requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
Ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of applications through code reviews, testing, and best engineering practices;
Leading technical discussions, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions;
Identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback to team members;
Optimizing system performance and troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced, agile environment;
Debugging and troubleshooting issues reported by QA and end-users, ensuring timely resolution;
Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and proposing innovative solutions to enhance our products;
Collaborating with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans for our products; and
Participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, sprint review, sprint grooming/refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
