Sr. Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Specialist to lead and manage our social media presence across various platforms. This role demands a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Content Strategist, Content Creator, and Copywriter, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality content and strategy execution.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Create end-to-end social media management including content ideation, post scheduling, & community engagement both for daily contents and campaigns.
• Perform competitor/trend analysis to ensure we create contents that are most relevant to our followers.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
