Key Responsibilities:

  1. Server and Wi-Fi Management:
  • Oversee all aspects related to server Wi-Fi and liaise with service providers to ensure optimal performance.
  1. IT Resource Management:
  • Create and maintain records for IT arrangements, including laptops, internal systems (Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers), and any studio room setups in future offices.
  1. Onboarding Support:
  • Prepare and install applications on laptops for new joiners and ensure mobile devices are set up.
  1. PBX Management:
  • Manage PBX systems and monitor associated costs.
  1. Employee Offboarding:
  • Assist with checking laptops for resigning employees and arrange necessary forms.
  1. Collaboration with Third Parties:
  • Work with vendors for internet services, printers, CCTV, and telecommunication needs, including:
  • Internet problem resolution.
  • Requesting XL phone numbers.
  • Ordering laptops and managing equipment repairs.
  • Overseeing live streaming bandwidth and ensuring service continuity.
  1. Vendor Supervision:
  • Supervise vendor performance regarding Wi-Fi connections or related to the technical issue
  1. Licensing Management:
  • Manage software licenses , including:

  • Microsoft (various accounts)
  • Adobe (4 accounts)
  • Emplifi/Social Baker
  • SimilarWeb
  • Supermetrics
  • Sprout Social
  • Envato
  • Domain and Hosting (Anymindgroup.co.id and others)
  1. Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Check conference rooms and printers for issues, including connectivity problems and supplies 
  • Assist team members with scanning and printing installation and errors

10. Provide Technical Assistance:

  • Resolve hardware and software concerns across various platforms, including Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
