- Maintain and extend the existing Node.js/Express REST API backend
- Develop and maintain Vue.js 3 frontend interfaces for the HR dashboard and staff-facing applications
- Handle routine bug fixes, data corrections, and HR team support requests
- Write and maintain Sequelize ORM queries and PostgreSQL database logic
- Manage Docker-based deployment on a Linux VPS behind Nginx
- Generate and maintain Excel and PDF report outputs for HR operations
- Implement new HR features as directed by management and the HR team
- Keep environment configuration, .env files, and deployment scripts up to date
- Handle basic server monitoring and respond to downtime incidents
