NETWORK AND SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities :

• Be part of a support team, communicating well with other department
• Network and system troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Providing IT Support for desktop users for any technical issues
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
• Managing existing hardware and software (Updates, Patches, Configuration Changes, Backup, Etc).
• Monitor alerts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate hardware replacements and carrier / supplier issues.
• Document network and system infrastructures and ensure standards are being implemented.
• Prepares the analysis of the security, capacity and reliability of the network and System infrastructure
• Research, plans, designs, implements and improve network and systems.
