Working with TCS leads and development team to deliver changes/functionality/Bug Fix.
Works with the business functions to understand their business strategic & roadmap and ensures that the associated IT elements in the delivery plan is aligned.
Works with Scrum team for specific sprints ensuring resolution of IT related impediments and support completion of sprint goals.
Drive offshore team to meet project targets, KPIs and timeline
Collaborates with wider IT teams i.e. security, Software Asset Management etc to ensure that enterprise standards are adhered to in the workstreams.
Facilitate communication between various functions in the organization and drive cross-functional synergies.
Provide inputs to technology, platform, and product roadmaps based on insights from global technology trends.
