- Provide pre-sales technical support such as POC and Demo
- Gather and build requirement documentation (FSD) from customer for Application Change Request or Enhancement
- Generate Test Script based on FSD.
- Conduct SIT and provide UAT support in Customer premises
- Produce SIT and UAT Report
- Create Master Image and Patch Release for implementation
- Provide support for Pilot activity and review
