Account Manager

• Experience : Minimum 2–5 years of direct sales experience in electrical power distribution products, specifically LV/MV switchgear, panel boards, and circuit breakers.
• Background : A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
• Mandatory Skills : Strong knowledge of IEC/BS standards, ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals, and experience with solution selling

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Aggressive, persistent, proactive, disciplined, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Market Knowledge : Demonstrated experience dealing with local electrical contractors, consultants, and MEP contractors is often required.
• Typical Responsibilities :Identify new business opportunities and manage a portfolio of existing clients (consultants, contractors, developers).

Prepare technical offers, cost estimates, and price quotations.

Promote switchgear panels and electrical solutions to achieve monthly/annual sales targets.

Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure client specifications are met
