Technical Account Manager

Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing all pre-sales projects that are customer's related.

• Manage new and existing customer request
• Assist the sales team in delivering daily proposal to client
• Monitor the on going client-related project up to finishing and documentation
• Collaborate with the related department in delivering client to product activation
• Learn for new technology related to cloud and virtualization management, migration, and deployment
