We are looking for a General Affairs Specialist who can manage office operations, handle vendor and procurement needs, coordinate travel arrangements, and support compliance processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial & Administrative Management
  1. Handle all GA-related payments with accuracy and compliance.
  2. Manage petty cash and company debit card usage, including monitoring and reconciliation.
  3. Prepare and track the GA budget to ensure efficient spending.
  4. Maintain organized administrative documents for easy access.


  • Travel & Expatriate Support
  1. Arrange travel for employees and guests (flights, hotels, transportation).
  2. Manage expatriate processes including work permits, housing, and required documentation.


  • Office Operations & Facilities
  1. Ensure smooth daily office operations to support productivity.
  2. Manage office supplies, pantry items, meeting room readiness, and mailing services.
  3. Supervise operational staff (drivers, office assistants).
  4. Track and maintain office assets.


  • Vendor & Procurement
  1. Source and negotiate with vendors for services, office supplies, and maintenance.
  2. Manage vendor selection, contracts, and performance evaluation.


  • Compliance & Employee Support
  1. Administer employee health insurance and related benefits.
  2. Ensure GA activities follow company policies and local regulations.
