SCM Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SCM Manager at Samyang Foods Indonesia in Jakarta. The SCM Manager will be responsible for demand planning, supply and inventory management, procurement, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize the supply chain process.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Align supply chain operations with the company's strategic objectives and distributor's capabilities
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory to meet market demands while minimizing holding costs.
• Coordinate inventory forecasts based on sales trends, seasonal factors, and distributor input.
• Oversee logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with the distributor to optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules.
• Identify and implement opportunities for supply chain process enhancements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs requirements, and company policies in all supply chain activities.
• Manage the validity invoice from vendor
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, costs, and efficiency metrics.
