  1. Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security to ensure stable, reliable, and secure operations.
  2. Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IT systems to ensure optimal performance and business continuity after implementation.
  3. Monitor and verify the availability, health, and readiness of IT infrastructure required to support business operations.
  4. Support the Operations (Helpdesk) team in resolving complex issues that require in-depth analysis and investigation, including transaction status verification, merchant-related issues, and transaction testing using EDC Dummy TID for problem validation.
  5. Assist the Operations team in troubleshooting and supporting operational tools and platforms, including TAMS, Vericentre (TMS), and other related systems.
  6. Perform proactive monitoring and analysis of NOC operations related to payment system applications and services, including NAC, TLE, Poshub, HLE, MSA, Batching Reports, Bank SFTP Reports, network connectivity with Banks and Non-Bank Institutions, and server performance.
  7. Document, track, and maintain records of incidents and system issues to facilitate investigation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, including EDC-related bugs and application defects.
