Responsibilities:
- Interviews, hires, and trains clerks, stockers, and other warehouse staff.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Assigns jobs and projects to staff to ensure that deadlines are met safely and accurately. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
