Sales & Marketing Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our team.

Requirements:

1. Prefered educational background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business/sales & marketing/commerce. 
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, with proven experience in selling generator set units or other industrial equipment.
3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing, with the ability to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
4. Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities.
5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
6. Willing to travel across Indonesia to meet customers, develop the market & gather market insights.
7. Based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market analysis, develop strategies, and create action plans to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and potential projects.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to expand business opportunities and support sales growth.
3. Prepare sales proposals based on customer requirements
4. Coordinate with internal teams regarding specifications, pricing, and delivery
5. Conduct regular customer visits, follow up enquiries, and support project discussions
6. Achieve sales targets and provide regular sales updates to management
